Data management in a bioimage informatics data flow

Making image data and their analysis output public aims at supporting transparency, auditability and reproducibility of a research project. However crucial contextual information is often lost along the way between image acquisition and publication resulting in a dramatic loss of value of the published data. In this webinar, we will follow the flow of bioimage data from acquisition to analysis focusing on data management practices in an open science context. We will review points to consider and provide tips and examples for managing bioimage data and their metadata through a project’s life.
