The GWAS Catalog is a manually curated summary resource of human genotype-phenotype associations from GWAS publications. This webinar will provide a background to genome-wide association study design and will introduce users to the GWAS Catalog. Topics such as Catalog content, data availability and access, search capability, and interoperability with other resources will be discussed.
