As leader of others, do you play checkers or chess with your team members? One of the first tips given in leadership is to treat your employees how you want to be treated yourself. A great tip to start, but limiting. Leaders have to mature from leading in their own preferred way, to leading in the way those on their team need to be led. Growing from playing checkers, as if everyone is the same, to playing chess, where each piece has its unique strength and team contribution. In this workshop, we will first cover the science of personality testing and move from the common pitfalls to how to put it into practice.
