Introductory Bioinformatics Workshops (Semester 2): Introduction to the Command Line

This workshop is designed to give you the pre-requisite skills for accessing High Performance Computing (HPC) machines, like Phoenix. Basic data management strategies will also be covered in the context of next generation sequencing data.
This course is accredited for 6 CaRST hours for any attending HDR students.
All attendees are required to provide their own laptop for this course. No specific OS is required.
