The Industry meeting (Tuesday, 17.10 midday - Wednesday, 18.10.2023, 14:00 CEST) has been cancelled. 

The Community F2F/hybrid meeting is going ahead as planned: Monday - Tuesday (both lunch time, as indicated in the agenda). 

The ELIXIR Metabolomics joint Community and Industry meeting takes place from Monday 16.10. 12:00 CEST to Wednesday, 18.10.2023 14:00 CEST. This meeting is planned as a hybrid meeting, with the F2F component at EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany. 

The agenda of the meeting will put the focus of the first and second day (Monday to Tuesday lunch) on the ELIXIR metabolomics Community. A working draft can be found here.

This is followed by an ELIXIR metabolomics industry meeting, which will be in the focus of the second day (after lunch) until the end of the meeting, Wednesday lunch time. 

You may attend the first half, second half, or both parts of the joint meeting, in order to strengthen the information exchange between the ELIXIR Community and industry. Please also confirm which days you attend in the registration form, so we can plan capacity and food accordingly.

The meeting will include presentations, workshops and participant engagement. 

This meeting has a limit of in-person attendees, with no-limit on virtual participant numbers. Selected invited participants will receive funding to attend the meeting. Details regarding funding and reimbursement will be shared after registration. Please do not book any travel till after you have been notified.

Travel and venue

Once notified of your F2F attendance you will be expected to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements to the venue, reimbursement information will be shared with invited attendees after their successful registration.
