Protein Prospector: Glycopeptide Analysis using MS-Filter with Glycan Scoring
This tutorial covers a glycopeptide data analysis pipeline in Protein Prospector. After optionally filtering peak lists for the presence of glycan oxonium ions, Batch-Tag is used for an initial identification of glycopeptides. Then, MS-Filter is used to identify additional glycoforms and score assignments.
