The Six Sigma Black Belt Development Programme has been designed to enable experienced Black Belts to meet the certification requirements under ISO18404 and prepare them to pass the separate Royal Statistical Society Assessment. The programme consists of an initial workshop; skill and portfolio development within their own organisation and an end of programme workshop, assessment preparation and development seminar. Completion of the course is dependent on a successful submission of your portfolio of evidence. Candidates who have taken the RSS Six Sigma Green Belt course are encouraged to take this Six Sigma Black Belt course to continue their certification under ISO18404.

The Six Sigma Black Belt course includes training on the full range of Six Sigma tools including the Six Sigma DMAICT project approach and Advanced Creative and Analytical Thinking methods.The programme is project based, incorporating a project to be undertaken between the training blocks.
