This course is part of the 5th interdisciplinary network symposium for clinician scientists by clinician scientists (Else Kröner Symposium) in Bochum.
This course will give an introduction on using R for statistical analysis of medical data (no prior knowledge required). It will show how to calculate different statistical tests and perform a principle component analysis (PCA) including visualization.
Learning goals:

Prerequisites:
- No prior knowledge on R required
- Laptop with installed R and RStudio to follow the hands-on parts
