Day 2 Guidance for new HPC users - Moving to the HPC
For anyone who is new to cluster computing or who has very limited experience using HPC systems. After the module, the attendee will be able to:
• Confidently access the HPC
• Manage their file system usage
• Understand how standard software is accessed using the module system
• Build environments for their codes e.g. using Conda
• Run their codes via SLURM ensuring resources and environments are correctly loaded
