The course is aimed at both Bioinformaticians and Biologists who want to learn how to manipulate, process data, and make plots using R. Some best practices for scientific programming will be explained: breakdown analyses into modular units, task automation, and encapsulation. You don't need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop. 2020-07-14 09:00:00 UTC 2020-07-17 13:10:00 UTC Vincenza Colonna (CNR), Loredana Le Pera (CNR), Allegra Via (CNR) Bioinformatics Data visualisation Data management Computer science National Research Council of Italy email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org BioinformaticiansBiologistsBioinformaticians and Biologists who want to learn how to manipulate, process data, and make plots using R 15 workshops_and_courses registration_of_interest R-programmingR StudioData VisualizationData handling
