The participants will be given practical exercises to visualise molecules as well as learn how to submit jobs to the VLSCI clusters. It is recommended that participants attend Introduction to High Performance Computing at VLSCI prior to this workshop. If a participant is not familiar with using the command line, he/she should also attend the Introduction to Unix workshop. Attendees are requested to bring their laptops with the following programs installed before arriving: VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/) Putty (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html) - only if they have Windows. 2016-11-29 09:00:00 UTC 2016-11-29 00:00:00 UTC VLSCI - University of Melbourne Lab-14, Melbourne, Australia Lab-14 Melbourne Australia Molecular modelling Bioinformatics [] [] [] workshops_and_courses [] ABRVLSCIBioinformatics
