The NGS-field is still expanding and to take advantage of new opportunities offered by these technologies in life sciences, VIB Conferences will host the second edition of Revolutionizing Next-Generation Sequencing: Tools and Technologies. After a sold-out 2015 edition, RNGS17 will look at emerging tools and approaches for: Large-scale Sequencing Applications for Current and Emerging Next-Generation Sequencing Platforms Single-Cell Genomics Epigenetics Next-gen Transcriptomics technologies Ultra-long reads and Assembly Computational genomics and data analysis In addition to a great scientific and technology program, the conference will provide ample opportunities to network during the breaks, poster sessions, the conference dinner and our ‘Meet the Expert’ session! You can find more info about the sold out first edition in our event archive. 2017-03-20 08:45:00 UTC 2017-03-21 17:45:00 UTC VIB Conferences Koningin Astridplein 20, 20, Koningin Astridplein, Antwerpen, Belgium Koningin Astridplein 20, 20, Koningin Astridplein Antwerpen Anwerpen Belgium 2018 Epigenomics VIB www.vibconferences.be email@example.com Bluebee Covaris Perkin Elmer SeqLL BD Bioké Diagenode Labcyte Multiplicom Takara Westburg To see all our sponsors please visit www.vibconferences.be PhD'sAcademicsPost-DocsIndustry meetings_and_conferences first_come_first_served Structural genomicsPreclinical and clinical studiesclinical sequencingPopulation geneticsSingle Cell GenomicsDNA-seqSequencingApplied NGSEpigenomicsGenome structureGenome MappingTranscriptomicsData Analysis
1st Hands-on Computational Enzyme Design Course
2 - 5 February 2020
Brno, Czech Republic1st Hands-on Computational Enzyme Design Course https://loschmidt.chemi.muni.cz/academy/ https://tess.elixir-europe.org/events/1st-hands-on-computational-enzyme-design-course The three-day interactive course will provide the essential theory and hands-on experience on a number of web-based tools suitable for enzyme mining and engineering activity, specificity, enantioselectivity, stability, and solubility. Participants will have the chance to discuss the optimal way to set-up calculations and adequately interpret the results with the developers of these tools. Special time will be devoted to the proteins of interest of the individual participants. At the end of this three-day course, you will be able to independently design proteins for your academic research or commercial application. 2020-02-02 15:00:00 UTC 2020-02-05 20:00:00 UTC Loschmidt Laboratories, Masaryk University University Campus Bohunice, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, Brno, Czech Republic University Campus Bohunice, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic Brno Brno Czech Republic firstname.lastname@example.org AcademiaIndustryPhD studentsUndergraduate students workshops_and_courses registration_of_interest bioinformaticsprotein engineeringenzyme miningsoftware tools
