ELIXIR All Hands 2022
7 - 10 June 2022
Amsterdam, NetherlandsELIXIR All Hands 2022 https://www.elixir-europe.org/events/elixir-all-hands-2022 https://tess.elixir-europe.org/events/elixir-all-hands-2022 The ELIXIR All Hands 2022 will be held in the Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam. The 8th ELIXIR All Hands meeting will take place 7-10 June 2022 in Amsterdam. The meeting brings together members of the ELIXIR community from across the ELIXIR Nodes, and collaborators from partner organisations, in order to review ELIXIR’s achievements and activities so far and discuss plans for the future. The All Hands meeting is also the venue for the ELIXIR-CONVERGE Annual General Assembly Meeting. The meeting is going to be a face-to-face meeting with the programme focussed on those attending in person. There will only be limited remote access to some of the workshops of the meeting. Please note that Monday 6 June is a bank holiday in the Netherlands and many other European countries. There will be plenary and workshop sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, while Wednesday is focussed on mini-symposia with a poster session and meeting dinner in the evening. The CONVERGE AGM will take place on Friday 10 June starting at 8:30, and the CONVERGE AGM ends at 16:25. Timeline 1 November - 8 December 2021 Call for workshops December 2021 Selection of workshops 7 March 2022 - 10 March Registration to the meeting is now closed 31 March 2022 Deadline for poster submissions, or earlier, if capacity is reached. Accommodation For the 2022 All Hands meeting, ELIXIR will have a block reservation for accommodation for 100 rooms. More information is available to those who have registered. The venue is located in central Amsterdam with plenty of options, but keep in mind that June is a busy month in the city and therefore it is recommended to reserve accommodation early. Registration The registration to the All Hands meeting is now closed. Poster session There will be a poster session on the second day of the All Hands meeting. The goal of this session is to share the broad variety of ELIXIR-related work and foster partnerships across the ELIXIR network. Posters have been one element of any meeting that is not easily reproduced online so this is a great opportunity to share your recent work and build contacts in a relaxed setting. Submissions will be available to those registered for the meeting for any activities that fall within the ELIXIR Programme, with a judging panel awarding prizes during the event. Link to submit a poster has been shared with those registered to the event. Should you wish to give your poster an online presence (and a unique Digital Object Identifier!), you are encouraged to upload it to the Poster section of ELIXIR’s Gateway on F1000 Research. Code of Conduct The ELIXIR Code of Conduct has been created to ensure that people at ELIXIR events can interact with each other in a respectful and safe environment. It provides ways you can voice your concern if you believe there has been a breach to this Code of Conduct. The ELIXIR Code of Conduct will be in place at this event. 2022-06-07 09:00:00 UTC 2022-06-10 13:00:00 UTC Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam, Netherlands Eye Filmmuseum Amsterdam Netherlands 1031 KT
