  • EMBL-EBI: Interactions & Pathways - Reactome

    3 November 2015

    Cambridge, United Kingdom

    Elixir node event
EMBL-EBI: Interactions & Pathways - Reactome https://tess.elixir-europe.org/events/embl-ebi-interactions-pathways-reactome This workshop will give an introduction to the [Reactome](http://www.reactome.org) pathway database website and analysis tools, using short presentations and practical hands-on exercises. The session will also explain where to learn more, get help, and how to become involved in adding more pathway information to Reactome. Also note: This event is part of a series of short introductions focusing on EMBL-EBI resources. If you want to learn more about these separate training events, see the Related Courses section below. • ENA Sequence Retrieval

    10 October 2018

    Cambridge, United Kingdom

    Elixir node event
ENA Sequence Retrieval https://tess.elixir-europe.org/events/ena-sequence-retrieval This training will introduce ENA (European Nucleotide Archive) users to powerful search and retrieval methods available for annotated sequences, genomes, raw data and metadata, as well as download options from the ENA browser and an introduction to the various ENA browser tools. There will also be a section on cross references and how to retrieve accessions for other resources linked to the primary data in ENA. There will be time for users to present their own use cases or request specific help with their own queries. 2018-10-10 09:30:00 UTC 2018-10-10 17:00:00 UTC European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), Cambridge, United Kingdom European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) Cambridge United Kingdom CB10 1SD [] Annalisa Milano EMBRIC BoinformaticiansSupport Staff workshops_and_courses [] HDRUK
