The first workshop will be held on 25-29 September 2017. The second workshop will be held on 16-20 October 2017. If you are wishing to register for both the Green Belt and Black Belt courses as part of the Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Development Programme, please do contact training for further information.
This Six Sigma Green Belt course has been designed to enable experienced Green Belts to meet the certification requirements as Green Belts under ISO18404, and to pass the separate Royal Statistical Society Assessment. The individual delegate projects assist candidates to build up the learning, evidence and Work Experience Logs required for certification under ISO18404:2015 as Green Belts.
The 10-day Green Belt course is suitable for specialists or team leaders responsible for their own projects or as a key member of a Black Belt team. The course includes Green Belt foundation training and goes on to include more advanced Six Sigma statistical tools including the application of Creative Thinking. Our 10-day Advanced Green Belt programme is project based incorporating a project to be undertaken between and after the training blocks. Delegates are encouraged to bring their own laptops to these courses to maximise learning. MINITAB & Excel software is used by delegates during the course.
