Introduction to High Performance Computing at VLSCI
Introductory computation workshops for biologists

Using High Performance Computing (HPC) resources such as VLSCI in an effective and efficient manner is key to modern research. This workshop hosted by VLSCI will introduce the attendees to High Performance Computing environments and assist them to get on with their research. Attendees are expected to have a basic understanding of Unix, or should have attended an 'Introduction to Unix' workshop in the past. All participants are required to bring their own laptop computers.
