Generalized linear models in R
Date: 5 - 6 June 2025
Generalized linear Mixed Models is what you need when the output of your experiment is not normally distributed. This happens often: proportions, count data, categorical outcome, but also many continuous observations in life sciences are skewed or constrained in one way or the other. This course is a follow up on the Linear Mixed Model course where al the ins and the out of clustered and dependent observations is explained. We build further on this and add the complexity of the non-normality.
